WELCOME!
Welcome to the internet
home of our 1968 Chevrolet Camaro convertible. I've built
this site to document the car, track the changes we've made, and to
share all of this with our friends, family, and fellow Camaro
enthusiasts. She is powered by a 350ci small
block Chevy with 64cc camel hump (aka double hump) heads, Holley Dominator II
intake, Holley 670cfm carb, and headers. The power is fed
through a Muncie M20 transmission to a 12-bolt posi rear end with
3.07 gears. This car
does not appear to be a
true SS. From our research we believe it was originally a L30/M20 model.
This was a package that gave you many of the SS features, but
didn't advertise it with the fancy badges. "Badges?
We don't need no stinking badges!"
Check out this
Camaro
Research Group article for more information on the L30/M20.
